• The tournament is open only to players eligible for the **Under-19 category**.
• Players must carry a valid **age proof/ID proof** during registration and reporting.
• **Entry Fee: ₹700 per player/entry.**
• Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment of the entry fee.
• Players must report at the venue at least **30 minutes before their scheduled match**.
• Players who fail to report on time may be given a **walkover** at the discretion of the organizers.
• Players must bring their **own badminton racquets and personal playing equipment**.
• Only proper badminton shoes with **non-marking soles** are permitted on the courts.
• Matches will be played according to the tournament format and scoring system announced by the organizers.
• Players must maintain **sportsmanship, discipline, and respectful behaviour** throughout the tournament.
• Any misconduct, abusive behaviour, or violation of tournament rules may result in **disqualification**.
• Match schedules may be changed depending on registrations, court availability, or unavoidable circumstances.
• The decision of the *referee and tournament organizers will be final* in all matches.
