Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All tournament registrations and ticket purchases made through the SunSports Tournament Ticketing Platform are final. Once a registration has been successfully completed and payment has been received, the registration cannot be cancelled by the participant and the registration fee is non-refundable.

2. No Participant Cancellations

Participants are not permitted to cancel their tournament registration after successful payment. Requests for cancellation due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, inability to participate, change of plans, travel issues, injuries, or any other participant-related reason will not be eligible for a refund.

3. No Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the payment and registration are successfully completed.

4. Tournament Cancellation by Admin

A refund will be provided only when the tournament is officially cancelled by the tournament administrator or SunSports.

Tournament postponement, rescheduling, change of venue, change of match timings, or modification of tournament schedules will not be treated as a tournament cancellation unless specifically declared as cancelled by the administrator.

5. Refund Method

Eligible refunds for tournaments cancelled by the administrator will be processed manually through UPI.

Participants may be required to provide a valid UPI ID and registration/payment details for verification before the refund is processed.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are not processed automatically through the platform. Eligible participants will be contacted or informed by SunSports regarding the refund process. Refund timelines may vary depending on verification and administrative processing.

7. Incorrect UPI Information

Participants are responsible for providing accurate UPI details. SunSports will not be responsible for refunds sent to an incorrect UPI ID provided by the participant.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By registering for a tournament and completing the payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
